President Trump has made clear what climate action he doesn’t like: • the Paris Agreement, which set a global target to reduce GHGs • the Clean Power Plan, which encourages states to lower GHGs • CAFE standards, which required automakers to lower car and truck emissions
Yet, @EPAAWheeler came to @EnergyCommerce last month and agreed climate change is happening and is largely driven by human activity.
So, the question is: What climate plan does President Trump support?
That’s the point of the #ClimateActionNow Act, which simply invites the President to tell us his strategy.
There are many bipartisan options and we don't even need the president to draft new ideas. The #ClimatePlaybook has 53 bills we can act on right now.
