  Utter naivete & #SPENDSPENDSPEND! The Constitution doesn't state "provide transgender surgeries, therapeutic drugs, mental therapy & alternative bathrooms." It states "provide for the common defense." The D.O.D. is not a hospital service. It is for military defense of the nation.

  Scott Peters clearly doesn't understand safety very well. Allowing a group of people with a 40percent suicide rate into a stressful military situation is not a good idea.
