From March 13,2007 @HouseVetAffairs the VA placed all claims of PRE9/11 Veterans on hold (no matter how long they had waited) so they could process POST9/11 Vets Claims. The majority was for PTSD(questionable)

This is a perfect example of government pushing through changes without doing their homework. VAs computers couldn't handle the changes rushed thru by GOP. They needed talking points for the election...vets suffered.
