Thanks for highlighting the Blue Economy! I’m curious where your staff got its figures. As a note, the EDC, SDWP and TMA did a study on SD’s Blue Economy in 2012 and found $14BB. We know it’s big, but not how big, really, due to insufficient NAICS codes.
