If I read bill right, employers are only reqd to pay out compensatory time off at regular rate, not x1 1/2. Hows that good for employees?
I supported the Working Families Flexibility Act to end outdated regulations & give workers more freedom through greater paid leave.

Not true. This gives both employees and employers flexibility and choice. HR 1180 is a good law. Read it.
