Economists agree a federal $15 minimum wage will be a disaster for small biz. Today, Democrats had the chance to exempt businesses with less than 10 employees from this burdensome regulation. Instead, they doubled down on their policy to close small businesses across US.

#CorruptGOP. They don't want to help the low-wage earners because it means one less Starbucks for the rich. -
My boss made it clear. If this passes, all non essential workers will be let go. Secretary, custodian, maintenance and grounds keeper. Out of a job. $15 per hour will assure that no high school kid gets a job. No non skilled workers will have jobs. Unemployment will skyrocket.

Just because a business is “small” doesn’t mean they s/b excluded from the responsibility to pay their workers a fair living wage. Employees have a right to a fair paying job. Bad employers will rightfully shutter & fall by the wayside while good employers reap gains & flourish.
