  As long as you are not tearing down the bridge to improve the view for Khan. I don't want money spent to improve profits for NFL owners. Jacksonville spent money on Main Street close to the heart of the city. For what? So the drug dealers have ambience? Money should go to cops.

  How did these projects get decided? looking at descriptions of the projects from the news reporting, it looks like ramps are being replaced to enhance Mr. Khan’s property, & the little-used Skyway will be made over. Surely there are FAR more critical projects.
