House bill voted on this month was the same bill the GOP Senate voted Yes on last month. POTUS told McConnelll he wasn't going to sign. If House and Senate are serious about bringing government back to work, McConnell should have put it up for a vote. He didn't. Why?

We need a Federal Death Penalty Law for killing Law Enforcement in performance of their duties, as the local prosecution is not sufficient.
