This is not pointless divisiveness. Impeachment blocks a man proven to be divisive and dangerous from holding office again. It keeps a man who fanned the flames of intolerance and bigotry out of office. You know that and your support of him is dispicable.
Further, your inaction against an attempted coup and the danger to perhaps your life but certainly the lives of your calleagues last week, will serve only to embold those with similar intentions - be they that of Trump or those who supported the coup.
@RepRussFulcher, vote to impeach in support of unity. Exorcise the mentality that if you don't agree with someone, it's okay to attack them.
We have ears, we have a eyes & We watched as he is incited these people for weeks. As the siege began we waited for him to call for them to stop. Yet he stood back & did nothing for hours. When he finally did...he told them they were special and that he loved them
