BTW replacing full time JOBS with Part time Jobs is not solving the unemployment rate! It does however make the Medical issue 1000X worse by removing all of the Health benefits from the working population! Plus people need more then one JOB to survive & NO stay Home Parents! FACT

Yes, wealthy families have parents that can have a Stay Home Parent but, that's less then 10% of the working population! Even most of them have other people taking care of their children! Biggest problem in this Country is NO Loving Care and Raising Self confident Youth! FACT! TY
