You know when it looks I am going to run short on money I find ways to cut back. No Starbucks, Shut off the cable TV, cut back on vacations, postpone that new car purchase, ELIMINATE EXPENSES & REDUCE COSTS. But the gov’t just keeps writing checks it can’t cash. Ain’t right.
