        Instead of lifting the regulations why not help these small meat processors get a USDA inspector always on sight? This would create jobs in the long run. These small processors would probably grow 2-3x befitting not only the owners but the communities too

        Low key, I did shop for beef on FB marketplace. I couldn’t wait for the farmers market last month thus I had to find the plug direct for the beef connect. I’m already doing this without the help of Congress.
