One thing is sure, the GOP won't tell their constituents to "read the report for yourselves." They want people in the dark, and they'll tell them what's in it. But that will vary. Trump said it fully exonerated him, now he says its full of lies.

I guess they figure it worked for Nixon. Until the impeachment hearings started. Then they couldn’t hide behind their self-imposed ignorance and had to step up.

If you can't find the time to read the report, have a staffer read it to you, get it on Auduble, or just have Justin Amash give you the high points. He actually read and understands it.
