There is currently a court case that far on the behalf of Trump is taking in to dismantle the affordable care act and be able to undo the protections for pre-existing conditions. He has no plan and has already wasted 2 1/2 years.
Yesterday, @HouseDemocrats perpetuated fiction, making it seem like #HR986 is going to stop the #Trump Administration from taking away health insurance for folks with pre-existing conditions. That’s nonsense!

All H.R. 986 will do is take affordable health insurance options away from Americans, and I oppose that. I don’t know how we are advantaged as a community by continuing to perpetuate misinformation.
