  REPUBLICAN Mitch McConnell says he prefers letting cities and towns go bankrupt rather than using federal tax dollars to save them. But Republicans (like denver) had no such objections to giving BILLION DOLLAR TAX CUTS to their billionaire friends and large corporate donors.
