Now that a deal has been reached on re-opening the government, I call on my democratic colleagues to negotiate in good faith on a bipartisan solution that secures the border, reforms the visa system, and brings our pathway to citizenship into the 21st centurypic.twitter.com/Jk33sHLZr7

Have you set up times for your office hours hours or scheduled a town yet? I want to be fair minded but you are really starting to remind me of your one-term predecessor.

No, we're not going to put this down to the democrats, they have tried to negotiate in good faith. It's time for republicans to do the right thing. No wall.

Nice sentiment Denver; I trust you'll call on your GOP colleagues to negotiate in good faith as well, particularly those within the oft-obstructionist @freedomcaucus.

Did you just tweet a news video of an old tweet which has the exact text as your new tweet? Are you actually going to bring something to the table or just regurgitate the same talking point over and over?

No wall. Border security is important but a physical barrier across the entire border is not the solution.

No one is suggesting fortifying the entire border, only about HALF of it. Natural barriers protect the remainder. Given the instability of corrupt socialist nations to the south, the barrier is MUCH NEEDED, long overdue, and already agreed to long ago by both parties. BUILD IT!

Bipartisan good faith is what we need in govt. Please hold this administration accountable to do exactly that - something that has been sorely missing since they took over.

For or against family reunification? Is ‘merit-based’ just another name for ‘no brown people’? Can people who call themselves Americans, having known no other home, become Americans without preposterous obstacles?
