It's a shame that the Democrats wouldn't even let American WORKERS have 25% of the 2.2T ...Most went to special interest and a whopping 25,000,000.00 straight back to Congress. I'm proud of you Rick, and I know you are trying. We don't need or WANT a Phase 4 if it's not for WTP!
