...un- or underemployed people that need to be uplifted. In the meantime, over half of the population is on medicaid, with a somewhat smaller number relying on other subsidies to live. What steps are being taken to improve conditions? Can it be improved at all?

I’m working with groups I have formed and who share my concerns - higher Ed leaders, folks in the Delta - and we are working together to create a new culture that includes entrepreneurship as well as AgTech as emerging careers...
