I think folks across AR-1 recognize what is happening and are making substantive changes. Our workforce as of this summer had an average age of around 42, which means large numbers of retirements the next 15 years...

I do appreciate your answer, and it was a very good answer. The problem I see is that 1,000 Jobs open, or even 100,000, isn't enough when over 200,000 are out of work or out of the labor market. Even this district's actual unemployment rate of 3.5% equates to over 14000...
