Ricky us ratepayers are on the hook for $800 million for @GeorgiaPower's Plant Vogtle or over $5 billion of loan guarantees from the @ENERGY for a project $10 billion over budget and 5 years late? The 'benefits' ratepayers should be getting is rate reductions, not 'benefits'.
