Returning H2-A workers eligible for an interview waiver are still being regularly processed. There may be some delays due to the recent modifications in procedures, but my office is here to help should you encounter any issues.

Update for #GA12 farmers using H2-A labor: Last week, after consultation with my office, the State Department agreed to continue processing H2-A applications. However, they will need to modify procedures in order to implement social distancing to prevent the spread of coronavirus
