so there is no longer ambiguity on what defines a navigable waterway. The rule also defines what is NOT considered waters of the United States in order to prevent unelected bureaucrats from using vague definitions to overregulate.

From what I understand, these changes were proposed and then put into action despite direct opposition from the scientists working for the EPA. I’m just curious what your response will be when your constituents find themselves drinking tainted water due to these changes.
