Sorry Rick, you're WRONG! The "historic" tax reform enabled companies to make huge stock buy-backs, so none of that capital made its way into worker's paychecks. It was a money-grab by the rich corporations from a bunch of rich, white legislators, who no doubt got kickbacks.
