Aaron and Kim at
@HagersFarm in#Shelburne struggled with rising costs at their dairy farm so they worked with the Farm Service Agency at@USDA to transition their 700 acres to produce & a market. Still they are concerned. “I don’t want to have to sell my land to retire.”pic.twitter.com/h4ZEqYQ6FH

Our last stop was at Outlook Farm in
#Westhampton where I met Brad who runs the barn and eatery. They offer fruits, veggies, apple cider, fresh pork and homemade baked goods. Thanks to good business they have been able to expand multiple times.pic.twitter.com/jYEpCzj1EZ

Your record on food & agriculture is as bad as rancid milk. You vote against entire Farm Bills and have not co-sponsored legislation to improve trade w/Cuba on farm and forest products which could open an $891 million/yr market for Bay State farmers/forest products.

Instead of spending $50 million to buy up fluid milk https://www.agri-pulse.com/articles/11343-usda-to-buy-up-to-50-million-of-fluid-milk … you should be pushing to pass the Cuba Agricultural Exports Act. Cuba currently imports 50,000-100,000 tons of milk powder/yr from New Zealand, South America, Poland. MA-1 dairy farmers need that market.
