I'm in Northampton, but was hearing news how Springfield's federal dollars for housing are having to shift from local needy to Puerto Rican refugees. Not enough housing being built unless developer sees cash cow, exhibit 1: 45. Hmm.

I’m good with our Puerto Rican neighbors rebuilding with Federal funds when most literally have NOTHING. Haven’t been to ‘Hamp in a while, but last I knew, life is pretty doggone good there.
