The Dine (nee Navajo) also suffer mightily from uranium mining; their water is tainted by it (amongst other poisons) and their bodies have a much greater concentration in their tissues. Now #BearsEars and #GrandStaircase were cut down by Trump... for uranium mining companies!
The Grand Canyon is sacred to the Havasupai people. Attempts to lift the uranium mining ban are just another example of Trump’s more-money-for-the-rich agenda. Shame on this attempt to put profits over the needs of people.http://ow.ly/6cBM30hTuUU
