How much of that hush money you paid out could have went to the schools, jobs, and go towards investing in infrastructure?

My constituents would rather we use $33 billion to fund our schools, invest in clean energy jobs, and rebuild our infrastructure. The list goes on and on. A wall built purely on hate is a no-go.
