𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗧 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗞: This bill has nothing to do with protecting the Grand Canyon. Mining is already prohibited in and around the Canyon, and there is already a buffer zone as well. This is just a ploy to destroy Arizona's mining industry.
The #GrandCanyon is an American icon, a sacred site to indigenous peoples, and the crown jewel of our national park system.

Ohhh, so this plot to protect sacred land and the sole water source for a village of people is a bad thing??? The Grand Canyon is ONE of the 7 NATURAL WONDERS of the WORLD & a national park. Logically, money should NOT take precedence over life?!
