Restraining Financially Puerto Rico because Trump says everyone is corrupt here, throwing paper towels to victims of a disaster, retaining or cutting help to rebuild...THAT IS LYNCHING too. I am under a blue tarp, still waiting for help denied by FEMA with nonsense excuses.
