This is one area where I agree. If they are residents of Arizona, paying taxes in the state, and they are in compliance with the Dream executive order, then let them have in-state tuition like all taxpayers.

I am sympathetic to the DACA students’ situation but I think this article contains a misstatement when it says they can’t get drivers licenses. Wasn’t that changed after a court case in January?

I’m old enough to remember that the dreamers had security until Trump unceremoniously ended DACA. Then he tries to use reinstating it as a bargaining chip for that stupid unnecessary wall so he could fulfill a bigoted campaign promise.
