I’m not sure if crossing the boarder illegally makes you a candidate for welfare HIV treatment. I’m sad to hear that he died.

If this woman had been given the usual cocktail of HIV medications, she may not have sickened. Instead she suffered deep muscle bruising, consistent with beatings. She was transferred to a hospital. They treated her illness, but not the HIV. So she died. FAIL.
