    In 1944, Lt. Robert Banker saved Guy Whidden's life on a WWII battlefield in Holland. On the 77th anniversary of the battle, Guy completed his final mission—to have Lt. Banker honored with a Bronze Star "V." So glad we could help Guy, who is 98, fulfill this amazing mission.

    Great news: is reversing the Trump Admin's chaotic relocation of the Bureau of Land Management HQ. BLM lost more than 87% of DC staff. We’ve worked hard to return BLM HQ to DC. I’m glad we can put another Trump failure behind us.

    I’m so sad to learn of the passing of Patricia O’Neill, a great Mom, the longest serving member of the Montgomery Board of Education in MCPS history and my friend. We have been blessed by her commitment to MoCo students & more than 20 years of service. Sending love to her family.
