  Roger, let’s wait and see the stats on how much of those $’s went to small business. It’s becoming clear that lenders used this as an opportunity to reduce their risks by providing needed liquidity to their large customers. The problem is NOT the amt. of $’s. It’s who got them.

  Please put focus on the EIDL too. Businesses with less than 5 employees see NO benefit from PPP. Payroll is NOT 75% of expenses. Applied for EIDL 28 days ago. Nothing. Been in business 17 years and circling the drain. PPP has been shelling out millions to big chains. Why??
