I would have not had student debt had George W. Bush canceled my Pell grants right in the middle of my degree program so he could invade Iraq. No sooner than I was making payments, he then outsourced my job to China. Not fair!

Start with cancelling rent. Those stuck in the cycle of renting without ever being able to build equity are the people that need the most help. I would benefit from the other two, but let's help those that truly need it first.
