        My solution would be that people actually sit down and spend some period of time looking at what is working and what is not.

        It would take into account that the insurance companies have not been losing money under the ACA, but are making adjustments to meet profits

        It would look to the source of the problem and recognize that there are elements to single-payer systems in other countries that work.
