but the arsonist that lit the fire in Northpark last July is at large, and the same neighborhood was hit again Oct. 21, Oct. 24 (OldWaterFire) and now Oct. 31 (HillsideFire, burning DOWNHILL not uphill at 2am) and there is no end in sight to these very suspicious fires! HELP!!!!
