@HouseDemocrats need to read the Law. The Emergency Powers Act of 1976 gives the President the power to do exactly what The President is doing.

It's not a power grab. Why doesn't Congress just change the law so that anyone from anywhere that sets foot on American soil will be a citizen? Then anyone can be a legal immigrant instead of an illegal one.
