This morning, I attended @Transport's hearing where Secretary of Transportation Elaine L. Chao discussed President Trump's infrastructure plan. I've been heartened to see an increased focus on rural infrastructure development and federal funding to fix our failing roads. @USDOTpic.twitter.com/o691rSzz2C

What’s the point in #taxcutsforamerica if govn is going to steal it back in tolls and fees when there is more than enough corrupted $ floating to make it all happen, including the Wall! #eldorme

You mean the plan to use tolls so average Americans will pay to fix the roads? You Republicans want to use tolls and cuts to Medicare to pay for deficits you caused by giving a tax cut to the rich. Someone has to pay and you are going after US!

So having less tax revenue is going to fix this how, again? The old “tax cuts spurn economic growth” myth is exactly that. It’s a myth, proven incorrect throughout history over and over again.

Yea, right!!! The TRANSPORTATION Dept. will pay to help fix and maintain roads and air, but only give lip service to the railroads, passenger and freight. The govt acts like railroads aren't important, see how fast a PEB is made when a strike shuts down a railroad!

When a railroad stops, even Amtrak, they suddenly become a matter of national security. Otherwise, ignore the railroads and try to destroy Amtrak. Just think of ALL of those wonderful trucks and buses put out onto our already crowded highways.

Fix our ELD'S. Stop forcing drivers to drive sleepy or sick. Stop all drivers ending their day at the same time. No parking for it. Traffic congestion is much worse now. HELP!
