Ownership is not the same as concealed carry. This isn't a 2nd amendment issue. Also, Timothy McVeigh was put behind bars, without an exhaustive manhunt after that tragedy, because he was carrying a concealed weapon across state lines. He was already in jail when ID'd.

How about constitutional carry without infringement as prescribed by the 2nd amendment. Payment for a right already guaranteed makes it a privilege that can be taken away. Do we also need to pay for our other rights?
