When I was sworn in to the U.S. House of Representatives, I took an oath to uphold the Constitution and that includes the 2nd Amendment. Red flag laws would give one judge the ability to take away someone’s Constitutional right without due process.

Assault style weapons used to be illegal with our same Constitution and our same 2nd Amendment. We can keep the 2nd Amendment but we need to get rid of those type of guns and high capacity magazines/clips.

How many times has that occurred? (Amending the constitution by US citizens, I mean. Directly & not by the funkies in US house & senate.) What's so special about your US constitution?
