China declared renewable energy, national mass transit and artificial intelligence by 2050. Republicans dig coal. You're the party of old white guys with small ideas and science deniers that will make America a 3rd world country. We have to elect smarter people.

What about the fact that solar and wind can be more localized, negating the need for as much long distance transmission lines? There will undoubtedly be hurdles, but aren't we the greatest nation? We are not a nation of quitters or defeatists. We can, and HAVE to do this.
