Why does Chicago with it's strict IL gun laws have more gun crimes? Hmm let me think real hard about this one...Because gun laws make it SAFE for the unlawful to commit crimes and get away with it? NO! THAT CAN'T BE IT! Blame the other states with common sense laws already!
So crime rates in those neighboring states must be off the charts compared to Chicago, right!? How do they even live there!?
