Can you explain the "importance" of the "U.S.-Israel partnership"? I understand how Israel gets $$$ from US taxpayers & protection of the US veto in UN Security Council, but what does the United States get from the arrangement?

Pro-Israel people (& the Israeli gov't) are significant sources of propaganda that is anti-Arab & anti-Muslim. This cause US public policy to be more Islamophobic, which is bad for the United States.
