Can’t lawsuits be brought against Congress and the @POTUS for self-dealing? And a variety of other charges, including violations of the Constitution, which forbids taxation without representation?
Today, Republicans shamefully forced the #GOPTaxScam through Congress & onto the President's desk. This is great news if you're 1) in the top 1% of earners, who will receive 83% of the tax cuts 2) a tax lawyer hired to exploit new loopholes 3) a member of Trump’s inner circle.

I don't see a way to bring lawsuits. but Congress has a number of tools it could use to respond--assuming Dems win control in 2018
