Exactly. All Dem candidates should be asked if they would direct their DOJ OLC to re-evaluate whether or not a sitting president can be indicted. A 46 year old policy--drafted after evaluating whether a VICE president could be indicted--should not remain gospel without scrutiny.
ICYMI: I questioned Special Counsel Mueller about what might happen if a President is still in office when the statute of limitations expires.
