Screw the DOJ memo. All of the Trump Republicans abide by No rules. This memo goes back to 1973 when Spiro Agnew was found to be so corrupt they wanted to impeach him but so was Nixon & they felt the country would not be able to take both of them getting impeached. 0

If DOJ position is that a sitting president cannot be charged with a crime, and Trump is relying on that position, I’d imagine there’s an argument that can/would be made that the SOL is tolled during the period when he can’t be charged.
