The House-passed HR 1, which I was proud to support, expressly bans partisan #gerrymandering & would be required to use independent citizen commissions to draw congressional districts. #McConnell must immediately allow a vote on the Senate floor.
So it hits on all the GOP agenda points.
The Democratic Party was fine with Gerrymandering when they were good at it.
