"We cannot afford another minute of inaction." Dude, your response to shootings is to introduce bills to study problems. These are bills that won't pass Congress in the foreseeable future. And studying a problem is NOT taking action.
Dear Rep. Mike Quigley, if your boldest idea on #GunViolence is to "study the problem" then I request you leave Congress & allow someone who has a theory of how to reduce gun violence to replace you.
