Yes! Please help! Colleges are not hiring full time but instead increasing adjunct loads; those of us at city colleges don’t count as full time, even though we teach more than full timers there. As of next week, I’ll be teaching 18 credit hours but cannot be counted as full time.
It shouldn't be this way.
