They knew what the salary was when they decided to become a teacher. If they wanted to make more money then they should have gone into a different field.

They go into this field for the love of kids. For the love of country. For the love of the future. Pay is not their first consideration. My role is the same. It's about service. Doesn't mean I shouldn't be paid based on the importance of my daily duties.
